Nicole Rogers, neur\u00f3loga de Cl\u00ednica Universidad de los Andes, explica que el cuerpo humano funciona en base a un reloj biol\u00f3gico que regula procesos vitales como el sue\u00f1o, la vigilia, la temperatura corporal y la liberaci\u00f3n de hormonas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste cambio de horario es m\u00e1s complejo, ya que implica pedirle al cerebro dormir una hora antes de lo habitual, en un contexto en que la oscuridad llega m\u00e1s tarde, por lo cual recibimos menos se\u00f1ales naturales para iniciar el descanso\u201d, comenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las principales consecuencias se encuentran somnolencia diurna, irritabilidad, dificultades de concentraci\u00f3n y sensaci\u00f3n de cansancio, especialmente en personas con trastornos del sue\u00f1o y en adultos mayores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5 recomendaciones para adaptarse mejor al cambio:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ajuste progresivo del sue\u00f1o:<\/strong> en los d\u00edas previos, acostarse y levantarse 20 minutos m\u00e1s temprano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rutinas consistentes:<\/strong> mantener horarios regulares para dormir y despertar, incluso los fines de semana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparar el entorno:<\/strong> crear un ambiente m\u00e1s oscuro y tranquilo antes de dormir, enviando al cerebro las se\u00f1ales adecuadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Evitar pantallas:<\/strong> no usar celulares, computadores ni tablets al menos una hora antes de acostarse, ya que la luz azul retrasa el inicio del sue\u00f1o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alimentaci\u00f3n y actividad f\u00edsica:<\/strong> preferir comidas livianas y realizar ejercicio en horarios diurnos, evitando actividad intensa justo antes de dormir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La especialista enfatiza: \u201cDormir bien no solo influye en c\u00f3mo nos sentimos al d\u00eda siguiente, sino tambi\u00e9n en nuestra memoria, concentraci\u00f3n, estado de \u00e1nimo e incluso en la salud cardiovascular y metab\u00f3lica.
