{"id":7836,"date":"2025-08-28T18:02:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-28T22:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diarioellabrador.cl\/?p=7836"},"modified":"2025-08-28T10:26:53","modified_gmt":"2025-08-28T14:26:53","slug":"duro-reves-para-los-potros-por-fallo-del-tribunal-de-arbitraje-deportivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarioellabrador.cl\/index.php\/2025\/08\/28\/duro-reves-para-los-potros-por-fallo-del-tribunal-de-arbitraje-deportivo\/","title":{"rendered":"Duro rev\u00e9s para los Potros por fallo del Tribunal de Arbitraje Deportivo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El mi\u00e9rcoles fue una jornada amarga para el deporte local, luego que el&nbsp;<strong>Tribunal de Arbitraje Deportivo (TAS por sus siglas en franc\u00e9s)<\/strong>&nbsp;pusiera fin a la larga controversia por el ascenso en el f\u00fatbol chileno, rechazando la apelaci\u00f3n interpuesta por Deportes Melipilla, que recordemos, gan\u00f3 en cancha con una impecable campa\u00f1a y desempe\u00f1o de sus jugadores durante la campa\u00f1a del a\u00f1o pasado, en el marco del campeonato ascenso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta decisi\u00f3n, emitida desde&nbsp;<strong>Lausana, Suiza<\/strong>, el m\u00e1ximo organismo de justicia deportiva ratific\u00f3 el fallo del&nbsp;<strong>Tribunal de Disciplina<\/strong>&nbsp;de la&nbsp;<strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de F\u00fatbol Profesional (ANFP)<\/strong>, confirmando as\u00ed el ascenso de&nbsp;<strong>Deportes Concepci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;a la&nbsp;<strong>Primera B<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fallo del&nbsp;<strong>TAS<\/strong>&nbsp;no solo desestim\u00f3 las pretensiones de los Potros, sino que tambi\u00e9n les impuso una condena econ\u00f3mica. En total, 4.000 francos suizos (casi $5 millones) a repartir entre el cuadro de Concepci\u00f3n y la ANFP por gastos legales y de honorarios, lo que profundiza a\u00fan m\u00e1s la crisis econ\u00f3mica que atraviesan los melipillanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cabe recordar que <\/strong>la disputa se origin\u00f3 tras la sentencia de la Segunda Sala del&nbsp;<strong>Tribunal Aut\u00f3nomo de Disciplina<\/strong>&nbsp;de la&nbsp;<strong>ANFP<\/strong>, que despoj\u00f3 a los Potros del t\u00edtulo de la Segunda Divisi\u00f3n por una resta de puntos debido<strong>&nbsp;a irregularidades administrativas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante esta resoluci\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>Melipilla<\/strong>&nbsp;recurri\u00f3 al&nbsp;<strong>TAS<\/strong>, iniciando un largo proceso legal que culmin\u00f3 esta semana con esta resoluci\u00f3n que cay\u00f3 como un balde de agua fr\u00eda para la dirigencia local, en medio de la renuncia del ahora exDT, Marcelo Palma, y el debut este
