{"id":21407,"date":"2026-06-30T22:47:42","date_gmt":"2026-07-01T02:47:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diarioellabrador.cl\/?p=21407"},"modified":"2026-07-01T01:13:01","modified_gmt":"2026-07-01T05:13:01","slug":"actividad-fisica-y-salud-mental-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diarioellabrador.cl\/index.php\/2026\/06\/30\/actividad-fisica-y-salud-mental-2\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abActividad F\u00edsica y Salud mental\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" src=\"https:\/\/diarioellabrador.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/2025-07-23-002718-150x150.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6023\" srcset=\"https:\/\/diarioellabrador.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/2025-07-23-002718-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/diarioellabrador.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/2025-07-23-002718-95x95.png 95w, https:\/\/diarioellabrador.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/2025-07-23-002718-140x140.png 140w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Por Marco Antonio Ram\u00edrez Mobarec&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00c1rea de la educaci\u00f3n, Area de Psicolog\u00eda Pericial y Reparatoria en ASI, \u00c1rea de la administraci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Social, \u00c1rea Del Deporte y Alto Rendimiento<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<br>\n<br>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estimados lectores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>En muchas y en diferentes ocasiones hemos hablado y hecho referencia a todos los beneficios para la salud f\u00edsica y mental de cada persona, y que es la que brinda el realizar y hacer actividad f\u00edsica de manera muy frecuente.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>En \u00e9sta ocasi\u00f3n profundizaremos en los grandes beneficios espec\u00edficos de forma especial para la salud mental.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre muchas entidades y organizaciones, como por ejemplo la organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS), hace bastante tiempo viene trabajando en la gran importancia de fomentar y reactivar la actividad f\u00edsica para poder reducir y prevenir las enfermedades no<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grupogamma.com\/busqueda\/?o=0&amp;context=&amp;search=Enfermedades+no+transmisibles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;<\/a>transmisibles&nbsp;(ENT), como lo son por ejemplo las enfermedades cardiovasculares,&nbsp;la obesidad, la temida diabetes&nbsp;y algunos tipos de c\u00e1nceres, y adem\u00e1s la Salud mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La inactividad f\u00edsica, es decir el estar en un estado y en situaciones de sedentarismo, y seg\u00fan estudios, ocupa el cuarto lugar entre los factores de riesgo de todas las defunciones a escala mundial y lamentablemente existen, incluso tambi\u00e9n hay estad\u00edsticas que mencionan que el 31% de la poblaci\u00f3n del mundo no realiza ninguna actividad f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otro aspecto muy importante a resaltar, de la actividad f\u00edsica, es sobre las enormes ventajas que trae para la salud mental de cada persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El realizar alg\u00fan tipo de ejercicio trae toda una serie de mejor\u00edas ps\u00edquicas y adem\u00e1s psicol\u00f3gicas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para empezar, genera la producci\u00f3n de neurotransmisores, como la endorfina y serotonina que son hormonas internas fundamentales ya que producen sensaciones de placer y bienestar y mejoran el estado de \u00e1nimo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es por esta raz\u00f3n que se plantea que la costumbre de moverse ayuda a disminuir o prevenir la tan temida depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando hablamos de salud mental nos referimos a un amplio abanico de factores. Uno de ellos es el estado de estr\u00e9s de la actual vida y&nbsp;que puede ocasionar molestias como dolores de cabeza y estados nerviosos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqu\u00ed tambi\u00e9n la actividad f\u00edsica aporta su gran importancia&nbsp;para controlarlo ya que est\u00e1 demostrado que realizar alguna actividad o ejercicio disminuye el nivel de cortisol, sustancia liberada en una situaci\u00f3n estresante por las gl\u00e1ndulas adrenales que produce un aumento de la glucosa en sangre y as\u00ed los m\u00fasculos obtienen mayor energ\u00eda para lidiar con el estr\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dicho en otras palabras, se trata de una hormona que tiene funciones positivas, pero es necesario controlarla porque su exceso trae consecuencias negativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otra ocasi\u00f3n relacionada con la salud mental, es en que es recomendable la actividad f\u00edsica es cuando se sufre de jaquecas y&nbsp;tensiones, y todo adem\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n relacionadas con el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Realizar actividades como caminar, nadar o trotar ayuda a liberar tensiones, es decir a gastar la energ\u00eda que tenemos acumulada y as\u00ed sentirnos mejor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una prueba de esto es la sensaci\u00f3n de relajaci\u00f3n muscular que disfrutamos cuando salimos de la pileta o despu\u00e9s de haber caminado un largo trecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El poder realizar ejercicios regularmente trae muchas&nbsp;<strong>ventajas sencillas para la salud mental<\/strong>&nbsp;en todas las edades, y&nbsp;algunas de ellas son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>-Fortalecer y mantener la autonom\u00eda de todas las personas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-Reducir el aislamiento social que tienen ciertos estilos de vida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-Aumentar la autoestima y mejorar la imagen que tenemos de nosotros mismos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>-Mantener una actividad f\u00edsica permanente es sin duda alguna un gran aporte para la salud mental de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasta la pr\u00f3xima semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Marco Antonio Ram\u00edrez Mobarec&nbsp; \u00c1rea de la educaci\u00f3n, Area de Psicolog\u00eda Pericial y Reparatoria en ASI, \u00c1rea de la administraci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Social, \u00c1rea Del Deporte y Alto Rendimiento Estimados lectores.
