Los estudiantes sobre 40 a\u00f1os superaron las 100 mil matr\u00edculas totales, con un aumento significativo de un 13,8% m\u00e1s que en 2024 y un 66,3% comparando con 2021. Por su parte, el grupo de 35 a 39 a\u00f1os lleg\u00f3 a 76.291 matr\u00edculas totales, un 10,6% m\u00e1s respecto del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Programas flexibles, carreras m\u00e1s cortas, un sistema de admisi\u00f3n que reconoce los aprendizajes previos y un fuerte v\u00ednculo con la industria, la educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica profesional se centra en la formaci\u00f3n de habilidades pr\u00e1cticas. Esto permite a los estudiantes adaptarse a los requerimientos actualizados de los mercados en los que ya est\u00e1n insertos o insertarse r\u00e1pidamente en el mundo laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los diversos perfiles de ingreso identificados por Duoc UC, los motivos principales apuntan a la necesidad de especializaci\u00f3n, de potenciar oportunidades laborales y de reconvertirse profesionalmente.<br><strong><u><br>Manuel Fuentes, un panadero que vuelve a clases<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manuel emprende con su propio negocio \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/empanaditastomas\/?hl=es\">Empanaditas Tom\u00e1s<\/a>\u201d hace casi 10 a\u00f1os en Melipilla. El emprendimiento que naci\u00f3 como un carrito callejero hoy es una f\u00e1brica de masas que emplea a un equipo de trabajo. Sin embargo, en busca de continuar desarroll\u00e1ndose y seguir rentabilizando su negocio decidi\u00f3, a sus 41 a\u00f1os, ingresar a la carrera de Gastronom\u00eda en Duoc UC. Actualmente estudia en sede Padre Alonso de Ovalle y viaja casi todos los d\u00edas para profesionalizar su oficio, raz\u00f3n por la cual la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica fue la mejor alternativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En sus clases, no s\u00f3lo ha aprendido t\u00e9cnicas de panader\u00eda, sino que adem\u00e1s valiosa formaci\u00f3n en liderazgo y desarrollo de negocios. \u00abTras haber iniciado mis estudios de gastronom\u00eda, incorpor\u00e9 procedimientos, estandarizaci\u00f3n y nuevas formas de ense\u00f1ar a mi equipo; hoy puedo garantizar el mismo sabor siempre, haciendo m\u00e1s eficiente mi gesti\u00f3n\u201d. <strong><u><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recientemente, Fuentes se coron\u00f3 como ganador del Concurso de J\u00f3venes Panaderos, organizado por Indupan, Artebianca y Fechipan en el marco de Espacio Food &amp; Service, dando un respaldo a c\u00f3mo d\u00eda a d\u00eda avanzar para profesionalizar su oficio de panadero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seg\u00fan datos del Informe SIES sobre Matr\u00edcula en Educaci\u00f3n Superior 2025, las personas adultas que ingresan a estudiar carreras de pregrado han evidenciado un importante crecimiento.
